Understanding the new rates
All Rewane trade, retail and NGN list prices now reflect a consistent three-times uplift on previous rates — applied across every model, equipment line and region. The figures shown across this page, our product pages and your cart are the current rates. Answers to common questions are below.
Why have Rewane prices changed?+
From this quarter, all Rewane products carry revised trade, retail and NGN list pricing that better reflects the current cost of components, logistics into emerging markets, and the extended regional warranty and support infrastructure we now operate. The revision applies a consistent three-times uplift across every equipment line, model and unit so the price book stays simple and predictable for buyers and distributors.
How much have prices increased?+
All trade, retail and NGN list prices are now three times the previous rates. For example, the RewaneBook EDU trade price moved from $319 to $957, and the Vanguard X15 flagship moved from $2,890 to $8,670. The price you see on this page, on product pages and in your cart is always the current rate.
Do the new prices apply to all products?+
Yes. The uplift applies to every model and configuration — RewaneBook A14, Book EDU, Book PRO, Book PRO+, the regional editions, the Sentinel X14 and the Vanguard X15 flagship, as well as all equipment and engineering units. There are no legacy-rate products remaining on the current price book.
I received a quotation before the change. Is it still honoured?+
Formal written quotations carry a stated validity date. Any quotation still within its validity window is honoured at the quoted price; expired quotations are re-issued at current rates. If you are unsure, contact our sales team with your quotation reference and we will confirm the position in writing.
Do distributor discounts still apply on the new rates?+
Yes. The Standard, Silver and Gold distributor discount bands are unchanged and are calculated on the new trade price book, so appointed partners keep the same relative advantage. Minimum order quantities (50 units per model) are also unchanged.
Are payment terms or minimum orders changing?+
No. Payment terms, MOQs, lead-time commitments and warranty cover remain exactly as published. Only the unit pricing has been revised — everything else about ordering from Rewane works the same way.
Why does my cart or checkout sometimes show a different figure?+
Your cart always calculates totals from the current catalogue price shown on the shop and product pages. If you see an older figure anywhere, refresh the page to clear any cached data — and if a discrepancy persists, send us a screenshot via the enquiry form and we will correct it immediately.
